ARC Raiders Next Week (Oct 19–25): Yank Grenades at Cassio, Bully Trials and the PvE Test's Final Hours
Embark has dropped its weekly radio brief, and the next seven days look busy. In a post on the official ARC Raiders account on Sunday, October 18, the studio previewed October 19–25: Cassio is stocking Yank Grenades, and this week's Trials point Raiders at Pendola Pass, the Stiletto and Rascal, and the Bully. The week also brings the end of the PvE toggle test and the last call for a U.S. Subway tie-in.
Cassio's stall: Yank Grenades
Embark says Cassio "is stocking up on Yank Grenades" next week, calling it a "crafty new addition to your arsenal." The Yank Grenade is one of the new items that came with Frozen Trail 2.0, alongside the Grappling Hook, Tether Launcher and cameras. We first covered it in our Pendola Pass breakdown.
The community wiki lists it as an uncommon grenade that anchors a line to whatever it hits and pulls that target toward the point of impact. Normally you need its blueprint and Explosives Station 2 to craft it. Cassio is the barter trader who replaced Ermal in 2.0, and his stock rotates weekly. That gives Raiders without the blueprint another way to get some next week. Embark hasn't posted the exact barter price.
This week's Trials: loot, Stiletto, Rascal and the Bully
According to Embark's preview, the Oct 19–25 Trials will test:
- Looting in Pendola Pass, the snowy map added in Frozen Trail
- Your skill with the Stiletto and the Rascal
- The Bully. Embark asks "dare you tackle the fearsome Bully to collect its Fragmenter?"
That keeps Trials Season 6: Frozen Trials built around the new Frozen Trail enemies. The season runs until November 16, with the Maestro Outfit as its top prize. Weekly progress also feeds the separate Reward Pass.
The PvE test ends Tuesday
The PvE matchmaking toggle is still a limited test. Per Embark's rules page, it closes on October 20 at 11:00 CEST, which is 5:00 a.m. ET / 2:00 a.m. PT. On October 16 the studio asked players to try the toggle over the weekend and promised "the survey coming next week." Embark hasn't said whether PvE will return after the test. If you have opinions on griefing in PvE lobbies or the mode itself, that survey is the place for them.
The timing works for endgame fans too. In a hands-on piece published today, PC Gamer's Sean Martin calls the Arc Frigate and Fallen Emperor "exactly what the game needed." He also argues there's a good case for a PvE-only option on PvE-heavy endgame events. Note that the Frigate condition is excluded from PvE servers during the test.
Last call: Subway's Subterranean outfit
For U.S. players, Embark reminded Raiders that the Subway promotion ends October 26. A qualifying meal at participating U.S. locations (Kids Meals excluded, one code per order, 13+, opt-in required) gets you a code for the Subterranean outfit, plus a bonus mystery Subway outfit and weekly in-game rewards. Codes can be redeemed at Embark ID until November 10, while supplies last.
What's next

- Oct 20, 11:00 CEST: PvE toggle test ends; Embark's feedback survey follows

We'll update EarlyLoot as soon as Embark shares the PvE survey or any decision on the toggle's future.
