GTA 6 Radio Stations Revealed: Flash FM Returns, Six Stations to Preview and First-Ever Podcasts
Rockstar has finally turned on the radio. On October 8, 2026, the studio updated its official music page for Grand Theft Auto VI with six in-game radio stations you can preview right now, the first singles from a 34-track album, and confirmation that GTA VI will be the first game in the series with on-demand podcasts.
Rockstar says GTA VI has "the biggest and widest-ranging selection of in-game radio and podcasts yet", with stations covering "everything from Classic Rock to Talk Radio".
The six GTA 6 radio stations revealed so far
These are the stations Rockstar has opened for preview so far, as also reported by Kotaku and Push Square. Classic Rock and Talk Radio, both mentioned by Rockstar, aren't among them, so this is only part of the line-up.
- Flash FM: "The Vice City institution" is back, playing pop and "guaranteed grooves" with hosts Robyn and Alex.
- Cocoteo FM: Modern Latin from El Martillo and La Gata. Its tagline: "El party que nunca se apaga."
- Back Country Radio: "Airboat-ready renegade country" from MW and Delta Dawne.
- AfroBank FM: Amapiano, African classics, 3-step and more from Burna and Palmsy. "Turn up the gbedu."
- The Chamber 106.6: "Crushing metal has landed in Leonida," with DJ Kerry and DJ Tom.
- Dirty South Classics: Regional rap and hip-hop classics from Trick and Trina.
Who are the hosts?
Rockstar only uses first names and nicknames on its page. Pitchfork reports that real artists are behind the mics:
- Bad Bunny and RaiNao host Cocoteo FM.
- Burna Boy and Palms Trax host AfroBank FM.
- Slayer's Kerry King and Tom Araya host The Chamber.
- Robyn and Alex Consani host Flash FM.
- Trick Daddy and Trina host Dirty South Classics.
- Back Country Radio features Morgan Wallen, Lana Del Rey and Jeremy Dufrene.
Rockstar has not confirmed these full names itself, so treat them as Pitchfork's reporting.
Podcasts and headphones: new for the series
According to Rockstar's announcement, quoted by Push Square, GTA VI is the first game in the series to offer on-demand podcasts. Radio and podcasts aren't limited to cars, either: you can listen in vehicles or on foot, using new headphones and earbuds that connect to the characters' in-game smartphones.
GTA VI: The Album arrives November 19
Rockstar also announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, with 34 original tracks, releasing November 19, the same day as the game. You can stream six singles now:
- "That's It": Yung Lean feat. Future and Metro Boomin'
- "RHYNO": Travis Scott
- "Sexy Magic": CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.., Etienne de Crécy
- "Last Thing You Need": Morgan Wallen
- "Macacoa 2000": Rauw Alejandro
- "Bright Lights, Big City": Keith Richards
NME notes that Rockstar shared the reveal on social media on October 8.
What's next
GTA VI launches November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Pre-loading starts November 12 (see our pre-load guide). Six stations have been revealed and Rockstar mentions genres like Classic Rock and Talk Radio, so more stations are clearly still to come. We'll update this story when Rockstar reveals them.
A word of caution: unofficial footage claiming to show more of the game is circulating online. EarlyLoot only reports what Rockstar has officially confirmed, plus clearly credited reporting from established outlets.
